For example, we request information from you when using the online contact form, when making payments (using our third party payment processor, SquareUp), when booking, amending or cancelling bookings (including those managed by our third party booking processor, Setmore.

If you use our Site’s online appointment booking service then the Personal Information you submit will be held by us and Setmore.com, to help contact you about your appointment, including reminders, amendments and cancellations.

We ask you to provide Personally Sensitive Information when completing client and treatment forms to support your treatment. This information is held in hard copy only.

For insurance purposes we are required to retain your Personal and Personally Sensitive Information for 10 years. For children, this information is held for 10 years and until they reach the age of 18.

Unless required to do so for legal reasons (for example to the police), to enable us to enforce or apply our terms and conditions or to protect us, for example, in the case of litigation or suspected fraud or defamation, we will only ever share your information with your permission.
